Nadcap is the abbreviation of National Aerospace and Defense Contractors Accreditation Program. It is the certification of special products and processes of the aerospace industry by the U.S. aerospace and defense industries. The review examined the Surface Engineering Center, Machining Branch, Validation and Physical and Chemical Laboratory of Quality Department and enterprise management departments of the company. A comprehensive examination was carried out, including the surface cleaning, sandblasting, spraying, EDM sampling of samples and workpieces, as well as the grinding of workpiece coatings, the inspection of size and surface finish, the inspection of coating bending and stretching, metallographic and hardness properties.

Finally, Mr. William objectively evaluated the high-speed flame spraying process of the company. In his opinion, the workshop layout of the company is reasonable, the management is standard, and the staff with strong professional knowledge make skilled operation. He hoped that the company could further improve the level and stability of the coating process to meet the quality requirements of the aviation industry.
